*IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM FISHING POINT HEALTHCARE*

​Beginning October 2nd, Fishing Point Healthcare will consolidate and centralize in person primary care for Nansemond citizens at its Portsmouth location. All other services to Nansemond citizens will occur through contract providers and all other patients will need to seek new primary and specialty care providers.

We are deeply grateful to every patient and family who has trusted Fishing Point Healthcare with their care. Serving our patients and community has been a privilege, and we want to provide as much support as possible as patients transition their care to new healthcare providers.

What Current Patients Need to Know:

Prescription Refills
Current patients may receive a 90 day refill, when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Medical Records
Patients who need a copy of their medical records or would like their records transferred directly to a new healthcare provider should contact our office at 757-861-9010 or by email at info@fishingpointhc.com

Establishing Care with a New Provider
All current patients who are not Nansemond Indian Nation Tribal Citizens are strongly encouraged to begin establishing care with another healthcare provider as soon as possible. Taking this step early can help prevent interruptions in treatment, prescription medications, and other ongoing healthcare needs.
